Tonight I did a small but really quite big thing

I changed the settings on my dating app. I'm now interested in 'everyone'. Five years and change from my divorce I've finally made the move to seeing/dating women.

It's such a small thing. But it feels good to recognise that my feelings towards women aren't just 'how everyone feels'

I'm nervous, don't want to mess anyone around, don't want to be dismissed because I've not dated women before but...still. It feels good.

Just wanted to share it really. My little moment of being open with myself and possibilities at the grand old age of 35. My best friend is dealing with a family tragedy at the moment so I wanted to tell someone. No idea where it'll lead, or precisely what I want but I'm excited to find out (without messing people around of course)

So...yes! Such a small thing but a really quite big thing for me tonight

@soshedid3 I couldn't agree more. I've been single for a really long time because I refuse to be as lonely as I was in a relationship with the wrong one. And I like it for the most part!
