Gay parents group in Hampshire?

Does anyone know of a gay parents group near Southampton. We have 8month of twin girls and we are keen to meet up with other same sex families.

Hi all, my partner and I are currently going through the adoption process with a local council authority (we live in Basingstoke) and before we can progress any further we need to volunteer in local nurseries, groups etc. to gain valuable childcare experience. Also we have been suggested to engage with other lgbt parents (or potential parents) to create a support network group which will help us both now to gain more understanding of challenges faced by lgbt parents and their children but also later once we will become parents ourselves.
Unfortunately we don't know anybody in this area as we are both Italian and moved here few years ago. So really looking to befriend with other couples in our area to share our experiences and have somebody to talk to.

I started this thread 3 years ago (wow time flies). Since then I have created a Southampton based group on facebook. We have our next meet on the 8th of July, would be good to grow the group.
