Hoping to start our family...

Hi, everyone...waves Newbie here, looking for any advice/tips. My wife and I are hoping to start our family, and are now actively trying for a longed for baby. We joined FSDW, and have had some replies with potential! I will be the birth mother - I'm 41, and I know that makes it that much harder (as if the odds were not already stacked high enough!) Does anyone have any hints or tips for me to try and up my chances a little more? I have folic acid, and some ovulation predictor thingies en route.

I had acupuncture on my 4th attempt at IUI and gave birth to twins two weeks ago!! We did go through a clinic for the treatment and I was also giving myself hormone injections but I do believe the acupuncture really helped and gave me something else to focus on. She looked at my diet as well as I have a very sweet tooth and I also made some changes and tried to exercise more. Wishing you all the best on your journey x
