Hi there,

I'm a writer on a new magazine that is aimed at gay women over the age of 30. I'm currently writing a piece on the 'other mother' - where a gay women enters a relationship with a partner who already has children. I've spoken to one or two people in the USA about this but I'd love to talk to someone here in the UK to find out what it's like.

If you are someone who is willing to talk about this, or you know someone who is, I'd be very grateful if you'd get in touch! Myself (and our readers) would love to learn more about the difficulties of entering a new family, and the benefits too!

All the best,

Lauren

Hi,
I am in a relationship with a woman who already had a son from her previous heterosexual relationship.

I would love to get in touch about parenting someone else's child in a new relationship.

Stacey
