Sleeping over with partners

Hi how have people here coped with their sons:daughters and partners sleeping over? Did you allow it? Wait until obviously they’re of age or did you allow it when they’re actually over 18? If he’d been not gay I would still have the same rules in place on our household anyway but what are your rules?

We let our child stay at a partners house but as they are a same sex couple there was no risk of pregnancy. I'm really not sure how I would feel if there had been.

My children know the age of consent is 16 and personally that is the age I would go with not 18. But your house, your rules.
