My non binary child (born male) has asked about hair removal.
They are 17.
Its body hair they want to remove.
Any ideas on what's best?

Thanks

You may be better off posting this in style and beauty.

I would suggest clippers if the hair is particularly thick then follow up with a hair removal cream.

After that just maintain with a razor, wax, cream whatever they prefer really.

As long as its done regularly it should be fairly easy to stay on top of it.

I'm a spa therapist. Start out with razor and shaving foam. Maybe Waxing? a little painful though.

In order to save money one should have laser treatment first for all areas and electrolysis for more stubborn areas i.e. genital, face. However laser is not suitable if the customer is black or white with very blonde hair.
My transitioning daughter had laser treatment at sk:n - there are a few branches around London - www.sknclinics.co.uk/clinics/london. Sk:n were very accommodating of her situation, pre op initially.
Electrolysis was at Electrolysis Space in East London - www.electrolysis-space.co.uk/ - 07848 955212. Emma dealt with my daughter and was excellent. There were quite a few visits to both but these have become less and less as she has transitioned.
Hope this helps.
