My name is Cristina , I am a Chartered Psychologist and researcher at the Open University. We are currently working on a project to understand how current health identity services are working for service users of all ages and their families, your access and your experience with the service.

We anticipate that the actual conversations may not take place for approximately 12 months. The reason for it is that there area a number of formal steps we need to go through largely to do with securing the funding. However, we would like to start putting together a list with a number of people that think this could benefit them and other service users.
