Have wanted divorce from exH since he left 9 months ago. He finally agreed. Am wondering what usually happens re who gets what. Are all assets split down the middle? We have a flat that is heavily mortgaged but have the equity sitting in an account (long story...makes us money in the end) so am assuming that flat must be sold or one side bought out....but as they are currently two seperate things does that mean that I am (cheeky, I know) entitled to half the cash plus half the house?

Don't know where to start. AM going to have to find a solicitor. Anyone know a good divorce person in north Surey/South ondon?
