Is ex wife still entitled to DP's pension?

We found out today that DP's ex wife has been researching her rights and seems to think she is entitled to some of his pension. They've been divorced for 3 years! Why start this now?

So what I want to know is, is she right??

They were married for 2 years and the pension was active then. They've since been divorced 3 years, does she still have any legal right to it?

I'm not a lawyer, but would think she would only be entitled if the divorce terms specified. Otherwise, no.

Potentially yes but the first question is what basis would she have for going back to ask for revision of order- was it a clean break or does your dp still pay jar maintenance?

No the child lives with us and the mother pays no maintanance. If anything it should be us chasing her for money.
The pension is no longer active anyway. It still exists obviously, the money is still there but he no longer contributes to it as he doesn't even work there anymore.
