sale of house by executors

Long story short. Three executors, one acting as PR. An offer has been made, do all executors have to agree to accept offer or just the one acting as PR? What if there is a disagreement regarding the sale price?

All executors are personal representatives. All should agree. If they cannot agree, it may be possible to agree to take professional advice (e.g. from an estate agent or surveyor) and act on it. If that isn't possible, they would have to ask for directions from the courts. In an extreme case it may even be necessary to apply to the courts for one of the executors to be removed.

I would strongly recommend that the executors try to arrive at an agreement. You don't want the estate eaten up with legal fees.

Thank you for that. Unfortunately the PR who insisted on obtaining the grant(my sibling) is being a twat at the moment about the whole thing
