About 7 years ago ex h stopped paying maintenance for about 6 months, he has been paying this off at a pittance ever since.
He retired last year and once again has stopped paying, this is being investigated by the CSA.
I'm wondering about raising a claim through the small claims court for the arrears still outstanding from last time?
Does anyone have any experience of this? Thanks.
