A customer has terminated a contract for personal reasons (nothing to do with standard of work or invoice dispute). The electrical installation is not complete and has not yet been tested and certified. As the customer has terminated the contract and does not want any further works done what are our obligations with regard to certification? We cannot go back on site at all.
