'Misadventure' verdict on Death inquest, what does it mean please?

thanks, that was the verdict of my uncles inquest today, was just a bit confused over what it meant.

That makes sense though.

Found this : "misadventure n. a death due to unintentional accident without any violation of law or criminal negligence" ie a no-fault accident.
