divorce him? We have been married 22yrs and I have been a SAHM for 15yrs. He started his business 14 yrs ago and I do not know what he earns, other than I know he keeps reinvesting in the company rather than take a large salary and pay tax. Anyone know where I would stand and how I can find out what he actually has as I have no idea.

You can see his business accounts as they're lodged yearly at Companies House.

But if I were you I'd go and see a good solicitor who will be able to do the digging for you.

It only starts at 50/50 ringing.
Go and see a specialist.
I sort of regret not taking the advice my solicitor at the time so please look and think carefully at all the advice from those specialists and not you sooon to be ex.
