Has anyone used USDAW’s legal assistance to represent them in something like an Unfair Dismissal/Victimisation/Failure to adhere to Code of Conduct etc against their employer?

I was hoping to use the legal assistance on my home insurance but all reviews say to avoid 🚩

Also, is it best that I stay with this employer to build up more evidence (easily done!) or do I save my sanity and go broke (also easily done which will absolutely break me) while I put together a case? (Unknowingly to them)

Have you been dismissed or still with them?

If you stay you may be deemed to have accepted the breach
