Can an address be kept private on divorce papers in the UK?

My DSis has been separated from her husband for over two years and has a restraining order against him.
For some time she didn’t know where he was living, so couldn’t file for divorce, but now knows he is back living with his DM.
She would like to get a divorce but does not want him to know where she lives. Can this be hidden on the divorce papers?

Yes. It's all explained when she applies online.

Contact the citizen advice bureau for the answer if you live in England. Or go on the law society website if you live in England to get a lawyer that you can make an appointment with to get an answer to your question. Wishing you well.

A solicitor has already answered OP's question in the first response on this thread.

Taking up the other issue that she did not have her husbands address.

The Court can give permission for papers to be served other than to their home address eg by placing an advert in a local paper, to his mothers address even of he wasnt living there etc
