Unroadworthy car sale/give away or scrap

Any advice welcome, don't want to cause an accident or have any come back.
I've got an old car 2012 to get rid of, sell or scrap. It's got a dodge front wheel maybe suspension or worse. I Der what conditions could I let someone who is interested and is fully aware of the cars condition have it. No body concerned is a mechanic so we don't know what the wheel problem is but it looks and sounds bad.
Ideally I'd like someone to make use of the car.
I would only expect a token gesture payment to cover small costs

TIA

If you could afford not to get any money for it, your local fire station may want it for training, or if you have a technical college nearby with a mechanics course they may be interested. Funny enough, where I lived there was a fire station at the top of my road and a tech at the bottom - so maybe easier for me!

Bear with me …

Does it have ABS (electronic)?

We buy any car?

When I scrapped a car 20 year old vw polo in desperate need of new gear box/ clutch 2 years ago I was surprised to get over £400. I just googled online put in car reg. I was honest about condition and they came and collected took photo of my ID and money was in bank that day. I’d just google.

My brother did “we buy any car” because he just wanted rid of his old one

Put it on E bay with an honest description and a 99p starting bid. You’ll be surprised what you’ll get for it. Certainly more than WBAC or a scrapyard would offer.

Thank you so much for your great ideas everyone, it's very much appreciated. Update- a friend of a friend came to collect it on a flatbed to fix up for his girlfriend who is learning how to drive at the moment. I got £200 for it! Didn't even bother negotiating, just glad it's getting another chance at use
Thank you again everyone
