Husband won’t see kids - family court

So long story short - my husband since leaving and finding himself a new girlfriend has been withdrawing contact with the children (Ds1, Dd8) whenever he is angry at me. He went to a solicitor for an agreement drawn up which I agreed to (but he doesn’t stick to anyway, I have documented every one of these occasions) I have never stopped contact, I have encouraged contact, begged for contact when my daughter has been left after him arranging plans with her… but… nothing. All I get is “you should have thought about your own behaviour”

As he uses the fact I rely on him for childcare to work, he threatens not to pick them up from school/childcare as a way of controlling/emotionally abusing me. So i reduced the contact to Sunday full day, mon PM Thurs PM, so he could not do this.

He said he’s taking me to family court, however did not actually turn up for the kids today? And has not completed one full week of the other plan due to him getting in a mood for whatever reason.
Surely this is dead in the water?

Any experiences similar?

What a shit. You can only assume he will never be reliable. Let him take you to court and otherwise ignore. Don't beg, don't talk to him at all if you can avoid it, starve him of reactions, the thing he is seeking from you.

I hope you have asked for a change to payments with CMS?

If you can document his inability to keep regular contact then he might still get every other weekend for instance. If it goes to court I would request that you only communicate via a court approved parenting app to record how crap he is. That will lessen his impact on you.

Do you have evidence of his poor treatment if you?
