Waiting for email with forms to enroll a deed poll to change my child's name

Hi, I applied to enrol a deed poll online to change my child's name and paid the fee more than 1 month ago. The website says I'd be emailed the forms, but I still haven't received them. This is the government website I looked at - the Apply online section + What happens next https://www.gov.uk/change-name-deed-poll/change-a-childs-name
I'm worried I did something wrong or missed out some steps. I called the deed poll office but never got through because the queue is long and due to my work/study schedule, I haven't had 2-3h to wait on the phone. Please can someone advise me on whether this is normal and what I should do. Thank you.

Change your name by deed poll

A deed poll recognises a change of name of an adult or child - make your own, use official forms, or get one through a specialist agency or solicitor.

Have you checked your junk folder?

It took about 10 weeks to get the confirmation back from them earlier this year.

Hi, did you also apply online? Did you mean it took 10 weeks from your application till they emailed you with the form? Thank you.

I posted the forms, and it took about 10 weeks to get the certified deed poll back. They managed to cash the cheque after about 1 week of course!
