Hi my FCA isn’t meeting with my ex in his own surroundings due to too many safeguarding concerns around the case. Our child is 6 and is currently living with me and dad has email contact once a week as ordered in the first hearing.
CAFCASS officer is also not meeting with dad with our child. I haven’t got a date for my meeting yet with her but presumably this week or next as report meant to be in next week and I’ve not heard from her. She has been and met with our son at school a few weeks ago. Is it likely that she will recommend that contact continues as it is seen as she’s not willing to meet with ex on home territory or with our child present so surely wouldn’t put a 6 year old child alone with him?!
