kids dad pled guilty for attempting to have a s**ual conversation with a 12 year old girl. He now has a SHPO saying I need to consent to contact and it must be supervised. j originally agreed on rhe basis a section 7 was done by social care, which it was.
he then took me to court to have this time set in stone. I didn’t want that but agreed to follow social cares advice.
I have since been made aware of several breaches of his SHPO. I have reported these to the police but haven’t heard anything.
I have also since reported abuse I suffered by him during our relationship. Again, nothing can be done as cannot be proven.
and he will deny all of it.
I have applied to the courts to vary the order on the basis of the breaches which are a huge safeguarding concern.
i want to stop contact while these proceedings are underway and I want to withdraw my consent for him to have contact under the terms of his SHPO.
im just scared of breaching the CAO.
im scared of being fined or going to prison, just for trying to protect my children.
im scared of what he will say and do, what his mother will say and do.
im scared of contact staying in place and something happening because I was too scared.
my solicitor isn’t a great help if I’m honest so I just wanted a bit of advice here if I could please.
