I got an ex parte non molestation order against my ex that has been extended and in place nearly a year. We are about to have pre trial review and final hearing soon.
I am just above legal aid threshold.
I am starting to regret getting it because despite the police taking 6 statements over past few months, nothing has come of anything yet to constitute a breach. I keep being told it’s a breach then his police force area rejects it
Surely women going through serious DV shouldn’t have to represent themselves and prepare all the paperwork and legal argument?
Are there any organisations who can help ?
I cant even get counselling yet.
if I go to the pre trial review, do I need to present all evidence now or can I say what’s missing?
Do I have to reply to his statement that was in response to my statement? He is accusing me of being the abuser despite me having an IDVA, MARAC, he is marked on PNC etc.
I am exhausted scared and feeling ill with it all
