My conveyancing solicitor sent off the draft contract to my buyers solicitor on June 13th (a Friday I think) after I completed the fixtures/contents etc forms. I've not heard anything since. How long do buyers normally take to get searches done etc?
As a backstory......I'm selling my late mum's house. I've had a very traumatic 2 years since her death. It's taken a year to get a buyer. The stress has really got to me.
