The perpetrator sent me social services disclosure for fact finding directly. Is this right ? There’s also a non mol

My ex sent me the social services disclosure for the court hearing.

He is listed as the abuser.

should he be sending me this directly or does it come via the court or SS themselves?

I have a non mol too.

In that case, I imagine that’s why he is sending you the information directly. Because typically your lawyers would be the intermediary
