Which is a good medical negligence firm uk?

Two years ago I lost my twins. The way the hospital handed the situation was not good. They have admitted their wrong doing and changed their guidelines with what happened to me. Short story short our twins were not two days apart. I was left 50 hours in between two births. I had no vaginal examination during this time. They left the placenta inside me with the umbilical cord hanging. It wasn’t until my partner said something that the midwife examined me. We wonder how long I would have been left for if he didn’t. We were next to triage and heard the heart beat monitors. Which is the last thing you want to hear. Iv had a written response from the hospital and they have apologised and will learn from this. Iv phoned two medical negligence firms one said they haven’t got the expertise. The other said they’ve had similar cases but haven’t been successful. Sorry but my story was pretty unique. Does anyone suggest any firms?

I’m so sorry for your loss. Speak to Victoria Handley. I have personal experience and liked the way she handled everything very sensitively. I won my case but it was minor in comparison to yours.

Thompsons

Leigh Day would be my recommendation.

Leigh Day. They have an excellent medical negligence team.

Whatever you do, don't use Slater and Gordon. I started a claim with them and they were shocking. I ended up with Irwin Mitchell who were excellent.

Irwin Mitchell won’t take my case. Just waiting back from the others. Starting to feel a bit deflated.

Oh I'd have said Irwin Mitchell too. Try Osbornes (Camden).
Did Irwin Mitchell.say why? They do handle these type of cases normally

Something on the lines the issues it’s caused my mental health. Which it would with the way the hospital acted. They did say the care I received wasn’t great. Suggested I go to law society and find a lawyer there. Iv looked on trustpilot and they are bad.

Try Fieldfisher. I recommended to a friend who also had a dreadful birth experience when her baby died and they were excellent. https://www.fieldfisher.com/en/injury-claims/medical-negligence
