Should I turn up to court hearing or not?

I've sent an application to discharge the non mol and withdraw the occupation order. We've come to an arrangement about living arrangements which prioritises the children. Hence why ive applied to withdraw the occupation order.

We have been co parenting much better which is why I've applied to discharge the non mol and I just don't want to cause further arguments especially since it's all been very stressful.

The the non mol was granted without notice,
The hearing is to discuss this. As I've applied to discharge this do i need to go to the hearing? I've not recieved any correspondence back to say it's been discharged.

I understand that if I don't turn up to the hearing it may go in his favour as in the removal of the order (which is essentially what I'm asking for).

Do I go or not, I just really don't want to put myself through the whole process of it and being questioned and everything.

Yes, you should attend as it's your application. The outcome is more likely to be an adjournment and frankly you'd be wasting court time by not attending.
