How long to distribute estate after property sale?

Probate was granted over 18 months ago, property sale completed at the end of last year. How long should it take to distribute the estate to the beneficiaries?

Depending on the will/estsate they may be able to make interim payments. But you won't get the full amount due until the estate accounts are finalised
