Power of Attorney fees - reduced for SAHP?

Hi - I'm a stay-at-home-parent, therefore my income is under the £12k threshold - anyone know if I'm eligible for the reduced fee for registering an LPA? And what would I need to prove this? TIA

The opg have all this info on their applying for reduced lpa fees webpage

It doesn't state anything about stay-at-home parents, but neither does it state anything about it being based on household income. I don't want to submit just to have it bounce back over this - would ideally like to hear from a SAHM who'd done it.

It's the Donor who applies and pays for the LPOA, so it is their income that is relevant.

Is the LPOA for yourself or someone else?

Thanks - I'm in the process of arranging for myself and my husband. He'll pay full whack, but if I can save £41 a piece, I'd quite like to :)
