Ex not signing property over to me - despite consent order- representing myself - next steps?

In a nutshell
Finally found the courage to leave an abusive man and a hideous marriage
divorced - it was hell
He’s refusing to sign over a small property to me as directed by the court
I don’t have money to pay for legal advice (am in debt to the tune of £30k- just to get me to consent order) no legal cover with any insurances , I checked.
Does anyone here know what application form I would submit to the court myself? I can only find enforcement applications for child arrangement order or money owed
I’m so stressed from it all that I’m frozen and not able to snap out of it . Ex does not want to sign over to me as this would leave me free to sell/move away from the area which I plan to do as he has escalated his behaviour and this is the last piece of control he has left.

I can't answer your question - I think it's called an enforcement order?

But I'm wondering if you have the keys? Is there anything to stop you putting it on the market now?

Could the CAB help ?

A transfer of property is dealt with using form TR1. If he is refusing to sign the TR1, the courts can sign it for him. Apply using form D11. You are asking for an order that says the judge has authority to sign the TR1 on behalf of your ex.

Lots offer free 30mins, have you tried contacting some?
