Everything I can Google says without ex agreement you have to apply to the court to end the Mesher early.

Can anyone tell me which one etc.

You can apply to the Financial Remedy court to vary a Financial Order, if the trigger event for the mesher naturally ending has not yet been reached.

Is there a reason your ex disagrees with ending it? Mesher orders are generally to the detriment of the non-occupier. Can you mediate before court?

I think it's just being an idiot/the control/worried the kids will move in with him 🤷🏽‍♀️

I will try again in writing to explain that the court will find in my favour and it's a shame to waste the money.

Nothing to mediate he either agrees to sell the house or doesn't.
