Hi everyone, would be very grateful for your advice. My Cleaner has got a ex partner who has been the subject of a non mil which ends this December. It affects her and her child. She can’t afford any more legal advice and wonders if she can apply to the court to get this extended. He is errant and lives a lot of time abroad and she never know when he’s gonna reappear.
