Would appreciate guidance about what can be applied for and the steps in this situation:
- NRP has no PR
- CMS application determined income at cap, maintenance collected briefly 4 years later via liability order, then stopped
- FIU findings - maintenance required is a multiple of previously calculated (like 7x), FIU only took into consideration past 2 years income (instead of 6 that maintenance was due).
- To rectify claimed vs the actual numbers due based on FIU findings, it's worth to apply via Schedule 1 Children Act for lump sum
- NRP address is not known to RP (FIU don't disclose their findings)
- Aim for Self-representation with minimal barrister involvement
