Council offered us DPA for Care Home fees

My mother has been living in a care home for nearly 2 years. She was originally self-funded, but her savings reached the limit of £23k (that she is allowed to have) some time ago and the care home have been patient in waiting for fees to be paid while we were applying for help with payments from the council. We have already gone through the financial assessment process.
We now need to sell mum’s house.

We have reached the point where we need to put a DPA (Deferred Payment Agreement) in place and we have been advised that a solicitor should check it over.

We have been unable to find any solicitors who specifically deal with this, despite contacting over a dozen. Several are prepared to help and offered to take a look but have admitted they do not have experience.

Please can anyone suggest or recommend any experts in this field?
I am posting this in Legal and Elderly Parents - thinking some of you must have gone through this already…
Thank you
