U.K. Benefits and kids leaving education

I wonder if someone can help me. I work full time and have three kids. I’m divorced and I get maintenance from my ex, child benefit and universal credit. My eldest has just sat A Levels she’s 18 and she starts uni in September. My question is when do child maintenance and UC count your 18 year old as no longer eligible for these benefits? She has no money until her student grant starts in September so she can’t pay me rent etc so I have no idea if I still get UC and maintenance for her until September of if it’s now stopped? I looked online and I can’t find it anywhere! I called child benefit and they said the cut off for them is 3rd September. Does anyone actually know?

Usually the end of August after their A levels.

UC stops as soon as they leave full time education not September when I believed it did!! Child benefit is till September luckily. I have a child who's just left sixth form and am no now longer able to claim for him on my Uc claim. They said it's literally the date they left school. Let them know soon as possible so you don't end up owing them!
