B136 application to register a restriction against the land

I received the above letter in the post today. What exactly does it mean ?

Who has applied?

If it’s granted; it means you can’t sell the house without their knowledge and consent.

Have you recieved notice of an interim charging order? Unsecured creditors it’s usually used before final charging order on the property. Creditors place them to stop you selling (debt has to be repaid first before they remove it) check your credit file. If you know who has applied you should contact them.
