Non-molestation order application - length of witness statement?

Hi- I hope you can help.

I'm currently writing my statement to apply for a non-molestation and occupation order (FL401 form) and it is getting very long (already at 6 pages of A4 - inc statement of truth).

I can’t see any guidance about limits for the length of the witness statement - are there any limits?

It should not be more than 15 pages.

Keep it factual. Do not use it to argue your case, express opinions or try to persuade the judge. And make sure you stick to matters that are relevant to the case.

You could try using CourtNav as it guides you through it.

Before the hearing you can also issue a position statement.

Thank you - but, it’s my understanding that payment is required for the CourtNav route- is that correct? I was planning on applying as a LiP. I can’t afford a solicitor
