Ive named changed (I am an old Mnetter - from days of Morningpaper, Cod, Xenia)..
I may have to raise an issue in a small claims court. However I need to access a British Trading Standards document.
I've tried two local to me county libraries, my old University library (who tried the British Library!) but have been unable to access it.
British Trading standards want £300 for a subscription to themselves for the one document I require.
is there anyone on here who would be able to access this and send me the pdf of a file I'm desperately trying to access!
