Using an old user name for this
If I were to separate from my partner, how likely would I, as the mother, be to get main custody of our nineteen month old. Would or night a week with dad be ok? I am no longer breastfeeding but feel he needs me overnight.
Also, my family live in France. What is the law with regards to taking him there for a few months while I sort my life out after the separation?
