Reputable legal firm for NHS compensation claim

Can anyone recommend a legal firm who deals with NHS Trusts (records being deleted impacting investigation, failures in safeguarding (multiple), and several breaches of consent, plus failures to write documentation they said they would for employment following the concerns (not a complaint at this stage being raised), and causing deliberate and known harm / negative impact to a patient that subsequently led to suicidality due to ongoing nature of this and lack of assurance on confidentiality and consent. Patient had never experience suicidal ideation before and now has an impacted enhanced DBS process due to the sections). There are scores, and scores, of examples of dishonesty, as well as much more - it's quite a tricky case so would like some recommendations from people who have been through this.

And yes, I know the NHS is brilliant mostly.

Irwin Mitchell.
My son was left disabled as a result of negligence and we sued through them. They were very good.

Depends where you are. If near Hull, perhaps Graham & Rosen?

I’m in Devon, but happy to travel to Bristol or London if needed.

It has been such a horrible process so far and I’m really sorry others have had to go through it.

IncompleteSenten I’m sorry to hear your son was left with a disability.

here you go OP - some have particular specialisms. The other place to check is the Legal 500 - you can similarly look by area/ specialism and by claimant
