My kids dad stopping me seeing them even though court said I can

My ex is stopping my children from spending the weekend with me because we fell out over something not related to the kids. I've looked after them all their lives and now he's making up so many lies about me. He really believes his own lies. He's trying to claim money from me for anything he can think of. But he never asked for any money before and never paid child maintenance or anything. But the judge at court said I can see them every weekend until the next court hearing. Can I call the non emergency police? Anything I can do?

The police won't get involved. This is a civil matter. Keep a record and bring it up at the next hearing.

You make it sound as if they live with you, but if they live with you then your comment about 'seeing them every weekend' doesnt make sense?

If he's breaching the court order you need to apply for an emergency hearing to review the arrangements
