Waiting times for court, personal injury

Hi there,
I was just wondering how much longer I am likely to be waiting for a court date (I know it's like a piece of string...but ball park).

We were hit by a car whilst we were stationary in October 2021. Some pain at scene so I was immobilised and taken to hospital where thankfully I had whiplash. I was only 6month pp from DC 2 at the time (also in the car with my then 4 year old and husband).

I am with admiral law and they have been shockingly crap at chasing progress (many complaints submitted!) and only progressed to issuing bundle to court in May 2023. Now I know that court waitlists are long but it only got progressed to my "local court" mid jan.

I'm not looking for a major pay out here, but due to part of admirals incompetence I haven't had the money back I had to shell out for two new car seats and I won't lie I'm a bit brassic at the moment Blush

Gosh sorry that doesn't read brilliant, I meant thankfully nothing worse than whiplash! Although it really did knock me off my sleep deprived feet for a while!!

Any advice greatly appreciated!!

Not the same thing.. but l was thrown under a bus( attempted murder) left me disabled.. took 16 years for my court case to come to a conclusion and for my compensation.
Mind it was 2.2 mil.
Hope you get sorted soon.

@Moier oh my!! How horrific, and then to add onto that trauma the additional stress of waiting for a settlement that was so clearly needed just adds insult doesn't it!
Clearly not the same thing at all, and as I said not expecting a major payout just the money back for what I had to spend out would help!
