Please help. I need to enforce a consent order - ex won’t pay my lump sum

Consent order stated I was to be paid 7 days after moving out of the family home with my DC for ExH to move back in. On the day we moved ex sent a ranty email claiming I’d breached the terms of the order and had stolen items belonging to him in the home worth £1000s (stuff I’ve never seen and he neither declared on his FormE mysteriously)

it’s clear now that he never intended to pay the lump sum - I now cannot afford to live and look after our children - the lump was was due to be discharged in favour of my mortgage.
I have no money for a solicitor and believe that I have to apply for a D11 to the court - can anybody help. I feel completely broken by him (it was a domestic abuse marriage I left and he still won’t leave me along and insists on punishing and controlling me )

If you have low/limited income you should be able to apply for an exemption/reduction in the court fee.

I’ve already applied for that - help with fees

I have no idea how to fill in the form properly - there’s so much conflicting advice online 🫣

Which bit of the form are you having trouble with?
