I want guardianship over my children back

It's a long story ....but my life fell apart and my mam now has guardianship over my children.
They won't allow their dad to see them and I get to see them weekly if I'm lucky!

We are wanting them back in our care.
Please help me.

Do you have a social worker involved with your family? I'd be asking them for advice

Are you back together with their dad who is not allowed contact?

If you don't have a social worker you could contact Pause (https://www.pause.org.uk/) - they specialise in supporting women who have had children put into care.

Please don't ask for advice on here-you have no idea who is or isn't qualified or knowledgeable enough to help. You need a solicitor who specialises in family law. And a social worker.

Do you have a social worker assigned to you? How long have they been in your parents care? How old are they?

It will depend on your circumstances and why they were removed. But 'I want them back' isn't good enough you need to prove they are not at risk of harm or neglect by being around you.
I sincerely hope you are NC with their dad.
