Currently going through family court proceedings.
Psychologist is due to meet with the child, letter of instruction asks for this.
Psychologist can only meet via Zoom due to diary constraints.
Will this be acceptable in the Court?

Yes, our psychologist said zoom was an option.

To meet the children?

Yes and myself. The options were in person at their office, at my home or on zoom

That's reassuring thank you.

Did you get the outcome you hoped for?

No, unfortunately in my case the psychologist fell for my exes narcissistic act and labelled him 'meek and mild' when he's anything but. She also said things to me that were the opposite of what she put into her report. I actually felt like I'd been too open and honest with her in the end as my ex gave no background info other than he had a good childhood and then met me basically whereas she asked me about every boyfriend I've had etc. With the kids she seemed to understand my daughter more but the recommendations were ridiculous and only one was asked for in court. I'm sure there are good ones but it wasn't my experience. I wish you all the best Flowers
