Anyone to advise please? I bought concert tickets for a concert which was supposed to be in early Sept. It was cancelled a week before. I still have not been refunded the money despite various e mails with the promoter and the ticket seller. They keep on pushing the date back for repayment. Now they are saying the 30th November. I paid with a credit card. Does this give me any protection? Should I raise it with my bank? Thank you.

Yes you'll be protected by your credit card, give them a call.

Provided the tickets cost more than £100, your credit card provider is jointly liable and can be pursued for the refund. Even if the tickets cost less than that, it is worth calling your credit card provider.
