How soon can you see court listings for crown court?

I'm trying to find out when a case is being heard but can only find listings for that day? I know they're finalised the day before but can't seem to find out current cases until the day of?

Long story short there is a sentencing I'd like to attend which I'm pretty sure is going ahead next Friday but don't know what time and I'm not 100% what court but I have a good guess.

I've asked the defendant who has refused to provide details so I feel a bit stuck.

A sibling of mine needs to attend for closure for them given a difficult background and although this case doesn't affect them directly it will provide that.

We don't even know the offence so feel a bit lost.

I've tried to register on the law pages but the confirmation email never comes through so I can't even try and find it by the prior cases.

Can anyone advise? Feeling anxious about it and confused.

The lists are usually released 4pm the day before I think

On court serve you can see them a few days before.
