I fell pregnant, he wanted termination - I didn't. He harassed me for 3 months till I cut contact, his family ignored me and then reached out a month after DD was born. Paternal grandparents then saw DD as there second chance to get it right - I tried very hard to build a relationship with them and set boundaries but they became obsessive and started to ask what DD would do if something terrible would happen to me / wanted to see my bank statements and give them money and they would shop for me.
Father didn't want anything to do with DD, his mother tried to take me to court without success, she then manipulated her son to want contact and he took me to court.
We have an interim order - all he wanted was 4 hours a week split across two days. He doesn't have PR but has also made application for this.
We are back to court in three weeks, however two weeks ago we had a police incident. They took DD from me, refused to give her back and locked me in there house and I had to call police. He also tried to assault me and had to be dragged out by his stepfather. He hates me, by his own admission for having DD and not doing as I was told.
All of a sudden his mam has made contact and asked if we can come to an agreement.
My question is... What should I include in the family agreement, what sort of boundaries? For example, seek permission before taking DD 10 miles outside of xxxx.
DD will live with me and I'm main carer
