I'n drafting my witness statement for a hearing on forcing my ex to sell his house for non payment of maintenance over years.I went for enforcement as court thinks best and female judge went for the sale. Covid hit and now male judge set hearing date and advice on
a) can I give an exhibit of the property for sale, pictures and estimated value (shows lavish lifestyle) and could sell and still buy a nice house.
b) provide copies of previous orders and charging orders as exhbits or do these go in another 'bundle.
I've seen template for how the witness statement is set out but unsure how much detail to do. Advice appreciated
