Car insurance when 2 drivers might use the car similar amounts

My dd has recently passed her driving test and I'm looking to insure her on my car. We will both only use the car for social / leisure and neither will be using it for driving to and from work. I genuinely don't know who will drive the car more or do most miles. It's a completely new situation for us.

I'm aware that if it turns out DD uses the car more than me, it would be considered fronting which is a big deal. If we go with Marmalade for adding DD, there will be a blackbox so the person driving will be monitored. But I'm concerned that the relative usages will vary and this could cause problems. e.g. if DD uses the car to go away for a trip her usage that month would be higher than mine, but looking at usage over a 12 month period her usage could be lower.

Does anyone have any advice or experience of this sort of situation where its not a clear cut 'second' driver?
