I can't find this information anywhere!
I need to request a stay so that an official body can look into matters that will also be looked at in the hearing. They have said they can only look into it if the court proceedings are stayed.
Does anyone know how a lay person can do that. this is a small claim matter, so I want to avoid paying a solicitor £300 ph to look over all files, then advise, etc. I would like to do this myself.
Can anyone help me by directing me to a website or if it is straight forward, telling me how to go about it?!
I've looked everywhere. Can't find any information on the net either!
